3. Eligibility

Nu3CarePlus services are intended for users aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

Users under 18 may access the platform with explicit consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

By signing up, you represent that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Chef Services: Access certified chefs to prepare meals based on prescribed plans, delivered for convenience.

Pharmacy Services: Consult with licensed pharmacists and order prescribed medications.

Health Monitoring: Use our integrated tools to track metrics like blood sugar levels, supporting better health outcomes.

AI Assistance: Coco, our virtual assistant, provides reminders, tips, and support for health-related tasks.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are required for subscription services and are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription tiers define the level of access to services.

For chef and pharmacy services, full payment must be made at the time of placing an order. Quotations will include itemized costs.

Nu3CarePlus may adjust pricing or subscription plans, with prior notice provided to affected users.

7. Refund Policy

Subscriptions: Payments for subscription plans are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Service-Specific Payments: Refunds for chef or pharmacy services may be issued in cases of service failure, such as non-delivery or incorrect charges. Refund requests must be submitted to support@nu3careplus.com within 7 business days.

8. User Obligations

Users are expected to provide accurate information when creating accounts and using services.

Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards other users or Nu3CarePlus staff is strictly prohibited.

Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the platform, compromise security, or violate the rights of others.
